Old Dogs and New Tricks
The end of the semester is finally drawing to a close and B’Tude and I are preparing for our finals next week. I’m not expecting either of us will have many problems with the tests, but…Whew… I’m getting too old for this shit 
The good news is that B’Tude has found a part time job for the summer that will look great on her credentials! She’s gonna be the official EDITOR for a college newspaper!! It’s a really cool program and I’m excited for her to get this chance to strut her stuff 
I’ll let her spring the details… go over and congratulate her!
We’ve both been soo busy with school, writing, and working that I’m afraid we’ve neglected some of our old friends. I have to admit that when we both started blogging back in December we really didn’t expect it to be much more than BS’ng once in a while and getting a chance to share a few thoughts occasionally.
It certainly has turned out to be much more than that for us. Old friends like the shy but ever news knowledgeable M&M at News and Views From Philadelphia and extremely funny Andy Martello have stayed with us and added some new friends like musician/singer/songwriter Bud Buckley. Thanks guys 
Somehow, and I’m sure much more because of B’Tudes wit and charm than any dubious wisdom on my part, we’ve both managed to pick up some regular readers and some new friends–a pleasant suprise.
I won’t get to abuse Becky at April Fool much longer in person since she’ll be leaving our little island soon–but I’m sure we can still abuse her long distance. She’s a sweet lady and we’re both sorry we haven’t been able to spend more face time with her.
I’m lucky to have a couple of the funniest and sincere women I’d ever want to meet read and add to my comments on a regular basis. Kim at I wasn’t Always Like This, and Jade at Jaded Sunburns keep me laughing and thinking about life… not taking myself quite so seriously.
3T came stumbling through a short time ago from Stumbling thru Life w/Grace, with her own special brand of wit and charm.
Ahhhhh yes… then comes the Judge… you can always depend on Ms. Priss to throw the bullshit flag 
when things start getting too deep at Priss’s House of Crap, where, btw, Priss is also a great blogdesigner. Priss has also been gracious enough to share a little(?) K@os and the wonderful Tutu with me, both of whom have also become two of my own favorites.
